LG will be holding a launch event for its new flagship smartphone, the LG G3, on May 27, according to an invitation sent to the press this week. The event will take place over two days in six different cities, including New York and San Francisco in the United States.
Thanks to a series of leaks, we have a pretty good idea what the G3 will be packing. Rumors of the handset coming with a 5.5-inch QHD screen running at 1440 x 2560 were confirmed to Android Central earlier this month. If the phone does feature a 2560 x 1440 screen resolution, it will be the first QHD phone from a major manufacturer.
